Advertisers should consult the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice (SCAP) to ensure compliance when producing advertisements. However, advertising agencies and media owners who are in doubt over the acceptability of advertisements can contact ASAS (asas@case.org.sg) to obtain advice and guidance. However, ASAS is not intended to be a clearing-house for the approval of all advertising.

Administrative fees apply for advertising advice.

• $100 for members of 2As, 4As, AMOS or DMAS
• $200 for non-members of the above associations
