The CaseTrust-SJA accreditation has been developed with the Singapore Jewellers Association (SJA) with specific criteria tailored for the jewellery industry.

Jewellery businesses are audited using stringent and comprehensive criteria. These cover everything from aspects of good store policies, ethical advertising, dispute resolution procedures, staff capabilities and training. Being CaseTrust-accredited would mean that these companies have passed the stringent assessment, which includes good sales and after-sales service, business integrity and well trained sales staff.
